To start the year on the right foot, we suggest this succulent recipe for cauliflower meatballs with pea sauce, full of nutrients and easy to prepare.

Ingredients for 4:

150g onion
300g cauliflower
400g of cooked white beans
50g of cottage cheese or fresh cheese
2 cloves of garlic
Parsley
Cumin
150g almond flour <olive oil
Salt and pepper


For the pea cream:

160g frozen peas
5g lemon juice
3 mint leaves
30ml olive oil
100g ofsoy milk
Salt


For the sautéed mushrooms:

100g of mushrooms to taste
3 garlic cloves
Parsley
Olive oil
Salt and pepper


For the resketching:

50g black sesame
Fine corn flour
Olive oil
