5 Snacks to snack between meals in the healthiest way

Is it difficult for you to stop itching between meals? Write down these healthy snack ideas to kill the hunger bug without harming your health. They are easy to prepare, versatile, tasty, varied and very nutritious snacks.

  • Spiced chickpeas

Lightly dry cooked chickpeas with kitchen paper. Spread them with a mixture of olive oil, sweet paprika, curry, cumin, garlic powder, pepper and salt. Bake at 180ºC about35 minutes.

  • Seasoned almonds

Dress raw and skinned almonds with olive oil, a little miso diluted with water, agave syrup, coconut milk, ground ginger and a teaspoon of dried rosemary. Mixturer good. Dehydrate at 45ºC for 16 hours with the dehydrator, or in an open oven a couple of centimeters at 60ºC for 8-10 hours.

  • Date chocolates

To prepare the chocolates, cut the dates byhalf, remove the seed and fill with a cashew each. Melt chocolate in a bain-marie. With some toothpicks, dip the dates with the chocolate. Sprinkle sesame on top, and let it solidify on parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 100ºC. If they are not organic, Peel the apples, and cut them crosswise into thin slices with a mandolin. Put in a single layer, on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 1 hour and turn and leave 1 hour more or until dehydrated.
