On May 24, our restaurant Teresa Carles Lleida, opened its doors to celebrate Teresa Carles Talk 5 on: "Infant feeding: teach your children to eat healthy" by the hand of the Dietitian-Nutritionist
Much has been said about how the feeding of our children should be, however, there are still many doubts that haunt the heads of parents, some in a generalized way and others not so much. Talk , Robert Duran transmitted healthy habits and values to us, broke myths and clarified doubts, so that our children eat in a healthy way as well as enjoyable and fun.

Robert Duran started with the fundamentals of what is meant by healthy eating. We must eat 5 times a day, make a diet as varied as possible, eat fruits and vegetables every day, avoid pre-cooked foods and bolleindustrial estuary, and respect meal times as much as possible.

It is important to create good habits so that our children are involved in eating.

To finishar, the speaker, spoke to us about the importance of creating good habits so that our children get involved in eating. We should go shopping with our children, have a meal routine, and eat and share meals with them.
