Asia has always been a great source of inspiration for us. We are passionate about its unique way of cooking and mixing thousands of flavors. A clear example is Pad Thai, the best-known recipe in Thailand. We have given it a spin creating its version plant-based, yes, preserving all the intensity of flavor that characterizes the original recipe. Its mixture of sweet, salty and sour notes will transport you directly to a street food stall in Bangkok.


There are endless ways to prepare a Pad Thai, but the most common recipe contains fish sauce and animal protein, such as shrimp or chicken. We, once again, play with your senses with this plant-based version that includes the protein-rich vegan “chicken” that we have developed after many months of testing and that we now prepare in our workshop. Enjoy the national Thai dish while taking care of yourself and the planet!
