Almond vegetable drink recipe
It is one of the most nutritious, especially beneficial for children as it contains L-arginine, an essential amino acid that stimulates growth hormone . It isalso a good source of minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and potassium) and rich in vitamins (E and A).
For approximately half a liter of vegetable drink:
1/2 liter of water
90g of raw almonds (they can be with skin)
The night before soak the almonds.
Discard the soaking water, rinse and drain the almonds. Put them in the blender glass with the 500 ml of water and grind a few miminutes until well blended. With a strainer or special bag for vegetable drinks, a cheesecloth or a clean cotton cloth, filter the drink well, squeezing so that all the juice comes out. Store in the refrigerator and consume in a maximum of two orthree days.
Roasted Hazelnut Vegetable Drink Recipe
Hazelnuts represent an excellent source of copper, folic acid, and manganese . His drink is especially rica in vitamin E , an essential vitamin that stands out for its antioxidant qualities, helping to reduce the most negative effects of free radicals.
For about half a liter of vegeta drinkl:
50g roasted peeled hazelnuts
50 g of raw hazelnuts
1/2 l of water
10 g agave syrup (optional)
Soak the raw hazelnuts the night before. Discard the water, rinse and drainr.
Put the soaked hazelnuts, toasts, water and agave syrup (if you like) in the blender glass or in a food processor. Blend for a few minutes until well blended.
